We are currently looking for an e-Labelling Project Coordinator to join Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS). Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position You will be a valuable player coordinating activities and projects related to the conceptualisation of our future product communication solutions within E-labelling. Your close collaborators will be colleagues from Design & User Experience, the Development and Life Cycle Management User Communication team, as well as other important stakeholders such as Clinical, Labelling and Regulatory. The key responsibilities are:
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from across the organisation, ensuring that the solutions can be utilised in different contexts and platforms (Software as Medical Device, Clinical trials, Marketing etc.)
  • Gather insights from relevant areas resulting in the creation of a robust process creation for E-labelling conceptualisation
  • Representing Future Product Communication in the E-labelling project, making sure that the proposed solutions utilize the existing labelling for our Medical Devices, as well as new development/conceptualisation of Instructions for Use and Medical Device labelling
    • Qualifications To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ of project coordination experience within labelling, regulatory, medical device development, process development, or similar
  • Strong project management toolbox combined with a great process understanding and ability to see the bigger picture of all activities in a project
  • Excellent understating of regulations gained from industry experience
  • A lean and holistic approach when working with the creation of new processes
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
    • As a person, you are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills and your collaborative can-do attitude. Great stakeholder management skills are required as you will work in close collaboration with other areas in Novo Nordisk. You come with a high personal drive and ask questions and challenge status quo when things do not add up. Furthermore, you are flexible structured, proactive, thorough, and result oriented, used to working in a dynamic environment. About the department You will become a member of the Future Secondary Packaging & Product Communication team. The team is responsible for conceptualising Product Communication such as Instructions for the Use of our Medical Devices, as well as developing Secondary Packaging solutions. We sit within the broader area of Design & User Experience, also consisting of: User Research & Insights, Design, and Prototype Development.
