The position Our current release supporter is looking for a partner to join forces and succeed in ensuring timely product releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent communication skills. You will be a valuable addition to our process support team and work with stakeholders from various teams, including QA. We welcome candidates who have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to handle obstacles with ease. In this role we expect you to:
  • Support and coordinate the release process, with development opportunities in high level planning, raw material responsibility and process support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN systems and a strong quality mindset.
  • Take part in day-to-day problem solving and ensure continuous improvements are implemented.
  • Drive optimization projects in the department using data analysis and attention to detail.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and socially relaxed environment with opportunities for professional and personal development.
  • Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
  • Hold a MSc degree in a relevant natural science field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar.
  • Preferably have experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Have knowledge of GMP and experience with documentation according to specific guidelines and frameworks.
  • Be driven by a desire to improve and rethink working processes, such as working with task flow.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
  • As a person you are self-driven with a ‘can do’ mind-set and you handle challenges as ways to improve . You work systematically with here and now problem solving, but you also possess the ability and interest in working with improvements and execution of these. Thus, it is important that you are good at planning and working in a structured manner. We expect you to be optimistic by nature and possess an independent drive and initiative to solve relevant tasks that are not necessarily formally delegated to you. We work as a team towards the same goal and therefore it is important that that it is natural for you to collaborate with all kinds of professions in the organization. About the department The department is part of the BRD API production sites in Denmark. We produce API for medicine for bleeding disorders. The department is around 70 persons, with a mix of very experienced and less experienced employees. Our production facilities are in the same building as our newly renovated offices at Hagedornsvej in Gentofte.
