• Generate innovative ideas to meet user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop prototypes and transform ideas into functional prototypes. Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure their functionality, usability, and quality.
• Engage with external suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth integration of their services or products into the project.
• Understand and translate project requirements into clear instructions, specifications and documentation for vendors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including users, project managers, and leaders Qualifications
• 1-3 years of work experience with proven track record of developing successful solutions from idea to execution within Robotics and/ or Advanced Automation
• A strong technical background, preferably within robotics and automation, mechatronic or have obtained extensive knowledge about robotics and automation through your current work.
• University Degree within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics) - preferably MSc. level
• Proven track record of working with Robotics and traditional Automation tools (e.g., PLC programming, 3D printing, CAD, collaborative robots, mechatronics)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and able to tailor communication to different organisational levels. It’s advantage if you speak Danish.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges in robotics.
