We are looking for an Associate Manager to our Team Freeze Drying. Would you like to support the continued delivery and increase the volume output and be part of creating a higher focus on people development? The position As Associate Manager, you will have the responsibility to secure that the freeze drying process and 5 freeze dryers perform as expected. Your direct reports will be several skilled workers, technicians and academics. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and optimize the organization and employees in the team

  • Ensure the necessary and sufficient maintenance of the freeze dryers

  • Ensure licence to operate and that the production complies with GMP

    • The area is on an exciting growth journey and in the position, you will report to the Director in the department and collaborate closely with your management colleagues, on day-to-day operations, securing strong collaboration in and outside the organization. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our management team because you are able to:
  • Developing, engaging, and creating followship within your organisation

  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing under GMP

  • Great technical understanding.

  • A holistic approach on solving challenges and great collaboration skills

  • A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in Danish and English

    • You can understand through complex issues, and you are able to translate this into operational actions. You have an excellent quality mindset and business understanding and you can develop people as an individual and as part of a team. About the department Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
