The position The Director of Aseptic Production plays a pivotal role within the FF Expansion Ireland project and is a key role integrated into the project management and execution team responsible for overseeing a critical and strategic expansion project. Furthermore, the position will be part of the management team for the Irish project. You have the following task:
  • Overall responsible for the process and automation installation, verification, and operational readiness of the aseptic production (AP) part of the facility.
  • Responsible for ensuring close collaboration with the AP Expansions program to implement the project-specific technical execution objectives and equipment.
  • A key driver in ensuring that the AP process and automation organization is recruited, ramped up, and sufficiently trained for operational readiness during the project phases.
  • You play a crucial role in facilitating the organization's full ownership of the AP facility, equipment, standards, and procedures.
    • Qualifications The Director of Aseptic Production possesses significant experience in pharmaceutical engineering, enabling a comprehensive understanding of strategic implications. You excel in proactively and efficiently managing complex operations and organizations. The ideal candidate:
  • Has experience in driving a major construction project and solid knowledge of pharmaceutical Aseptic Production.
  • Can achieve results according to project milestones, demonstrating efficient collaboration with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
  • You exhibit a motivating and inclusive management style, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration among team members.
  • You are ready to relocate to Ireland.
    • About the department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
