Do you want to set the direction and lead the way for the future facility and production supply at Kirke Værløse (KV)? Do you want to play a key role in securing the demands for the future? If the answer is 'yes', then you should apply to be our next Associate Manager for Facility and Production Support! The Position You will be a part of the management teamvand work closely with other Associate Managers from the production and support teams. The employees in the team span from craftsmen to technicians and professionals. The main tasks in the role will be to: Head up and build the newly formed Facility and Production Support Team Ensure production supply tasks Optimise, regulate, and maintain the production units Drive continuous development of the team The tasks will span from being responsible for facility, supplying utilities needed in core production, maintaining projects, handling external suppliers and stakeholders as well as Environment and Health (EHS) across all site KV. You will also set the necessary and sufficient level of GMP and cLEAN for the team. You will also define the long-term ambitions and road ahead with the management team. Building an even stronger LEAN culture and implementing new technologies is a key part of this journey. You will play an important role with our project managers rejuvenating site Gentofte and Kirke Værløse to be a modern and innovative site for medicinal production. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A technical master’s degree or a bachelor in Technology Management, Marine Engineering or similar. Some people management experience. Experience with GMP in medicinal production. Fluent communication skills in both English and Danish. As a person you have a strong quality mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment. You know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes that work for the people using the systems. Additionally, you know that involvement is key to obtain ownership and empowerment. About the Department Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Facility and Production (FP) GEVA Technical Service, located in Gentofte and KV, is the production facility where we produce and distribute all the different utilities needed at those sites. In the near future we are introducing several new filling lines and assembly lines at the sites, which means we need to implement new equipment and rebuild old equipment to maintain our ambition to be world-class supplier of utilities. We are around 70 people in our department, organised in 6 teams working with ventilation and cooling, project support, GMP support, utility production and facility management. The newly formed facility and production supply team comprise 8 very skilled and engaged craftsmen’s technicians and professionals. Continuous improvement of our operations and productivity, building on a strong LEAN culture, is of great importance to us. We need to strengthen our processes even further to optimize our productivity and success to perform our task right first time and several projects are in scope to support this journey.
