The Position The primary role of our new Senior Process Improvement Professional is to drive and implement projects that focus on changing the way people work to optimize workflow processes. The ideal candidate has superior people skills and acts as a motivator to help change people's behaviour across processes and systems. Responsibility includes guiding the organization to success by preparing, implementing, and following through. Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities include:
  • Defining process/change scope, goals to be achieved, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated costs, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Ensuring the utilization of new systems and ways of working.
  • Developing a detailed implementation plan, including implementation metrics.
  • Considering all stakeholders affected by the planned change (including decision-makers, the implementation team, and users) and defining how they will be informed and empowered to use new technologies.
  • Setting direction and delivering results that significantly impact a broader operational area.
  • Mastering and staying updated on process and change management tools and working methods.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have
  • A master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process and change management.
  • Experience in the pharma, life science, or biotech industries is advantageous.
  • High flexibility, as tasks vary, and project priorities may change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can easily connect with the team and stakeholders. You're motivated by achieving success together, take the initiative when required, and handle conflicts effectively. You're also skilled in project management and can work independently in dynamic environments. About the department Digitalisation & Process Improvements is a team within the Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) unit of the Development area in Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to define and implement digitalisation & process improvements for DDS to make us work smarter and more data oriented. We develop and establish standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvements and automation across DDS. We are the drivers of both identifying, developing/optimizing, and implementing a pipeline and portfolio of improvement initiatives. We communicate and visualize progress across DDS. We work to build an attractive community of data, digital, and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across Development and IT areas.
