System Admin with a focus on PLM & CAD systems Are you motivated to work with PLM & CAD system management and administration? The Position As a System admin, you will manage and validate systems with a high impact on the performance of our area. There is a high focus on PLM systems, but also supporting new software products, setting up servers, etc. The tasks are critical for the daily work and completion of projects and the achievement of our strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Administrate PLM, CAD & Simulation tools, operate and drive changes in 3DX, CATIA & related platform systems, and maintain other systems such as Windchill, CREO & ClearCase.
  • Simplify development processes by standardizing working methods in systems and integrating systems to ensure simplicity of data transport and easy access to data.
  • Provide IT systems support, including training users, ensuring system availability, updating systems, daily user support, monitoring, recovery, and alignment with suppliers.
  • Manage IT projects, which involve upgrading systems, exploring unmet user needs, scouting and evaluating new tools, and implementing these new tools.
  • Ensure IT security requirements by implementing relevant security demands and being ready for audits by completing risk assessments and validation of systems.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • At least five years of experience in PLM & CAD tools and system management.
  • Strong IT skills, including system management, scripting, or basic programming.
  • A technical background or a similar knowledge and understanding of the technical development process.
  • Experience in pharma, life science, or biotech, or similarly regulated areas, is advantageous.
  • As a person, you exhibit a high degree of flexibility to handle multiple and variable tasks with changing project priorities, possess excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English, can adjust your working schedule to accommodate the complexity of projects that may require overtime and periods of increased workload, and seamlessly transition between high-level and hands-on work, addressing tasks that range from specialist-oriented to a more general character. About the department Digitalisation & Process Improvements is a team within the Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) unit of the Development area in Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to define and implement digitalisation & process improvements for DDS to make us work smarter and more data oriented. We develop and establish standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvements and automation across DDS. We are the drivers of both identifying, developing/optimizing, and implementing on a pipeline and portfolio of improvement initiatives. We communicate and visualize progress across DDS. We work to build an attractive community of data, digital and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across Development and IT areas.
