The position
You will as HR Business Partner be supporting the CVP in one of our manufacturing areas in Gentofte. You will be working closely with other HRBPs in our P&O team to support the exciting ambitions of Biotech & Rare Disease from a P&O perspective, as well as our strategy. The area is an aseptic production facility with 850 employees, of which 68 are leaders. The area has sites both in Gentofte and Måløv and is currently expanding into new locations. As a HR business partner your target groups will be to support the CVP, Directors and to some extent team leaders and your main focus will be to understand the business’ priorities and translate them into relevant and impactful HR actions. The actions include elements like:
• Organisational development and effectiveness
• Strategic workforce management
• Change management
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Talent management & development
• Culture and engagement

Alongside your HR Business Partner colleagues as well as executive support functions, you will be in charge of continuously reviewing, assessing and evolving the business to drive organisational efficiency and agility. Furthermore, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.

As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them. You will be working closely with Centres of Excellence within P&O in defining and executing initiatives to improve the business areas’ ability to seize business opportunities and overcome challenges.

Qualifications
You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.

Ideally, you:
• Have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international and culturally diverse environment.
• Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
• Are a team player, strong collaborator and curious about other people and their perspectives.
• Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar. • Have a knack for HR development and innovation that can be scaled and take it’s point of departure in business needs • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.

About the Team
We are an international HR team with 12 experienced HR people located in Denmark and 5 colleagues in US. You will team up with a HRBP colleagues from the team, with whom you will share the responsibility for the business area. This colleague will also be your buddy and help you get a smooth transition into your new role. You will be reporting to Sune Borg, HR Director in Biotech and Rare Disease About Biotech & Rare Disease BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
