The position As Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator, your role focuses on developing and implementing process optimisation and standardisation strategies to improve Novo Nordisk’s efficiency and productivity. Your key responsibilities include: Assessing and evaluating existing processes to identify areas of improvement Creating and executing strategies for optimising and standardising processes Crafting and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures Engaging with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements, facilitating training sessions to ensure successful implementation Monitoring and measuring process performance to guarantee continuous improvement, including budgeting and planning Qualifications To be successful in this role, we believe you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or another relevant field Possess applied experience in process optimisation, standardisation, and automation Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement capabilities Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English You approach tasks with a systematic, analytical, and meticulous mindset, placing great importance on meeting deadlines and upholding the highest standards of quality in your work. You take pride in contributing to the discovery of sustainable solutions and thrive in a self-sufficient role where you serve as the go-to individual with profound expertise in your field. Your proactive nature, combined with outstanding communication and collaboration skills, enables you to navigate seamlessly among colleagues and stakeholders. About the department You will join a dedicated and highly capable team in DMD, located in Hillerød, Denmark. We develop and validate transport solutions used for transportation of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk products, and finished goods in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, we execute heat studies on assembly and packaging lines throughout Novo Nordisk. The team works closely with all manufacturing units, Logistics & Distribution and Sustainable Supply Chain departments.
