The position As Process Support & Validation Engineer, you are our hands-on technical expert, supporting global stakeholders and playing a key role in developing and validating transport solutions to ensure compliance with quality and GMP requirements. Working with various stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Product and Process experts, you will experience the direct impact of your contributions on cases and requests in the dynamic Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) department. Your key focus areas encompass: Investigating and assessing current processes and designs to pinpoint innovative opportunities for improvement Developing and executing process and validations related to transport solutions Creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures Supporting and replying to incoming requests with a quality mindset Cooperating with cross-functional teams and global project stakeholders to implement the best solutions Qualifications To thrive in this role, we envision you as someone who: Hold a master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceuticals, or a related field Bring practical experience in manufacturing, with a preference for expertise in moulding, assembly, or packaging Exhibit a thorough understanding of validation processes and quality standards Demonstrate familiarity with 2D/3D scans, statistics, probability, and medical devices Possess proficiency in both spoken and written English On a personal level, you excel in a dynamic environment with an unpredictable workday, enjoying new challenges. Your strength lies in analytical problem solving – adept at defining challenging, assessing implications, and reaching positive outcomes. You maintain a service-oriented approach with stakeholders, balancing the ability to ensure best quality for patients. About the department You will join a dedicated and highly capable team in DMD, located in Hillerød, Denmark. We develop and validate transport solutions used for transportation of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk products, and finished goods in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, we execute heat studies on assembly and packaging lines throughout Novo Nordisk. The team works closely with all manufacturing units, Logistics & Distribution and Sustainable Supply Chain departments.
