The position
The Aseptic Support team’s responsibility is to support the daily operation of filling and freeze drying and ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new equipment and environmental monitoring. This includes deviation prevention and optimisation changes to our setup. You will be welcomed into a team of 11 immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds. Responsibilities include:
  • Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.
  • Process confirmation and continuous improvement of aseptic behaviour.
  • Deviation handling and prevention using systematic problem solving.
  • Driving projects regarding changes to aseptic processes.
  • You will be welcomed into a team of 11 immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds. Qualifications
    Your experiences include:
  • A relevant academic degree in natural science, engineering or similar.
  • Knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering. Microbiology experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience within production and behaviour, pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.
  • You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish.

About the department
    Our department (Aseptic Filling under Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products in Gentofte) is responsible for aseptic production of haemophilia products using a traditional aseptic filling line. We are approx. 80 colleagues, working in an engaging and respectful atmosphere, where focus is on our products and individual development. In our team we have highly motivated, engaged, and independent colleagues and it is an international environment where we share knowledge, experience, and where we help each other when needed.
