We are looking for a new Senior Solution Lead to join the S4 HANA team anchored in Digital Supply Chain. The position You will be part of OrderFlow4Future Project aimed at strengthening and supporting our Global Supply Chain for future growth by designing and implementing a solution template with focus on building a flexible supply chain with more standardized processes. You will act as our Senior Solution Lead in the OrderFlow4Future Project, where your focus will be to drive the future end to end design for the new Order Flow Solution Design. As Solution Lead you will ensure the solution template fulfils the identified business requirements across the supply chain. You will also ensure common alignment and understanding of the OF4F solution design, delivery scope and dependencies across the project organisation .
You will be instrumental in setting direction on business priorities and options available and help understand business impact, and at the same time ensuring stakeholders are onboard. Part of the role is also to advise, support and guide Project Track leads and specialists in their key deliveries and inputs to the global template design including quality assurance and key priorities. You will ensure a close collaboration with other projects transforming our supply chain processes simultaneously. The project is part of an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks. Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required: Strong understanding of the current Order solution in SAP and in addition, knowledge about supply chain processes, solutions and integrating systems like OMP, EWM, etc. would be beneficial Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively direct workstream teams, collaborate with stakeholders (DD&IT and LOB), and drive consensus on key decisions. Experience in managing change within complex organizational structures, including the ability to drive adoption of new processes and solutions. minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager within Supply Chain experience from the Pharma Industry and working with GxP processes. master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations. structured, goal oriented and good at coordination have high level of initiative to drive the right processes and deliverables. a natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have an excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. About the department
