The position
As our new Junior or Senior Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution.
Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include: Develop, create, monitor, and execute cost controls Focus on cost management, scheduling, project resources, progress reports, forecasting, and risk management Supplement your business/finance/accounting knowledge with broad technical knowledge within pharmaceutical production, which will help you in your daily work Build a broad network in Novo Nordisk with regular contact with many different areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have: An academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or Business At least, 3 years of practical cost controlling and/or project management experience Knowledge in executing step-by-step cost controlling and creating and forecasting project budgets/costs Strong collaborative skills and feel comfortable reaching out to stakeholders Full professional proficiency in English As a person, you are curious to learn and attentive to details. You are structured and work independently and proactively across a broad stakeholder landscape. Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details. As a professional, you have effective analytical capabilities to be able to communicate complex sets of data to management in an easy-to-understand way, ultimately providing direction and influencing decision making. Furthermore, whilst working independently, you thrive driving initiatives and have a forward-thinking outlook. About the department
Our team is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Denmark Area that is located in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. This is where the active ingredients, going into all our life-saving biotech products, are made by app. 500 committed colleagues. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification and freeze-drying. We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. We bring value to patients by delivering the purest possible high-quality API made in compliance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP). We drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
