Then apply today as you might be the new LEAN Partner we are looking for to join our Novo Nordisk site in Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS)! The position As LEAN Partner, you will be responsible for supporting, defining (together with central Novo Nordisk LEAN organization) and executing LEAN initiatives to support DMS business strategy. You will work both on operational and management level. LEAN in Novo Nordisk is called cLEAN ® where “c” means current. Some of your main responsibilities include:
  • Support management to “See” problems to ensure quick action and effective follow-up by e.g., breaking down key business challenges into department operational plans, by using cLEAN® concepts such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and building visual performance setup (daily boards) to ensure clear link to DMS goals/strategic objectives.
  • Coaching and developing competencies within organization to “Solve” daily problems by using Systematic Problem-Solving tool (SPS or so called A3). That also includes working with Kaizen events and driving LEAN optimization projects to close business gaps.
  • Building robust set up for “Share” culture by inviting leaders for shopfloor coaching and process confirmation for effectiveness of system and processes as well as promoting continuous improvement culture.
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold an academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field
  • Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (experience applying concepts is a plus)
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English.

About the department Device Manufacturing and Sourcing is a dynamic and evolving production site located in Hillerød. DMS is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of plastic components and devices for all Novo Nordisk production sites. Currently employing more than 650 employees, DMS plans for further expansion and growth in the short future. You will join our Business Support department, which is responsible for LEAN, Training, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Facility, IT, Digitalization & Automation support.
