The position As our new Project Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of financial flows.
Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities include:
  • Ensure postings in high quality.
  • Execute control environment ready for review.
  • Own the financial master data (e.g., CBS structure) for the project.
  • Monitor timely payment to vendors and facilitate error handling.
    • Qualifications Ideally, you have:
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and possess, plus 3 years of practical accounting and cost controlling experience.
  • Hands on experience with accounting and execution of financial controls.
  • Experience with handling financial master data / core data.
  • Previous experience from working on construction projects is a plus but not required.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
    • As an individual, you possess a natural curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. You demonstrate a structured approach, working independently alongside stakeholders. Your ability to maintain a comprehensive overview while paying close attention to details is commendable. Additionally, you flair for maintaining the system. About the department Join us at 25L API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
