Associate Manager in PS Biotech & Rare Disease QC Are you an inspiring leader ready to be part of shaping the future of manufacturing at Novo Nordisk? The position
In the department we are approx. 60 people who are divided into 4 teams, and we are looking for an Associate Managers for one of the teams. We are a part of BRD QC (Biotech & Rare Disease QC) and located in Hillerød. As an Associate Manager, you will be leading dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians, in teams working with a variety of biological and chemical analytical procedures. You will set the direction for a team ensuring that the prioritizations and strategies are executed. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you: - have a leadership background and skills, could be within development, quality, or production
- have an academic background, probably within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar
- are fluent in Danish and English We welcome both experienced leaders and high-potentials to apply to this position.
