The position In the role of Training Supporter, you collaborate closely with local management and end-users to enhance training effectiveness and elevate human performance. Your key responsibility involves supporting the department in creating and maintaining the most suitable training and competence development strategies. Your main tasks entail:
  • Establishing and maintaining training and competence development tailored to address the needs and challenges of the department
  • Supporting management and the department by swiftly identifying & assigning relevant and essential training in a timely manner
  • Applying an investigative, problem-solution approach, and a proactive mindset to understand business needs
  • Identifying how training, human error prevention, and learning technologies can effectively contribute to solutions
  • Adopting and creating buy-in for standards and systems within training and competence development
    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a relevant academic background in learning science, psychology, or a related field
  • Bring practical experience in a comparable position, preferably in a complex matrix environment, coupled with strong communication skills
  • Possess good knowledge of working with various IT systems and handling large amounts of data
  • Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English
    • Having experience in planning and executing training projects, as well as coordinating training in a regulated industry, would be beneficial, along with the ability to effectively demonstrate to stakeholders, using data, how training and competence development contribute to resolving business challenges. As a person, you thrive on achieving results, harbour a proactive mindset, and excel in working with data. You enjoy coaching local trainers within the line of business, ensuring they consistently deliver training according to the current learning standards. A crucial task will be to aid your stakeholders in choosing the appropriate training methods and activities while assisting them in developing effective and efficient training programs. Positively embracing resistance and proactively engaging with stakeholders are just as important. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users. About the department Sourcing QC is part of SoOp, which has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of [xxxxx]. Sourcing QC is responsible for chemical testing of raw materials, excipients, and primary packaging, as well as physical testing of packaging materials, both primary and secondary. We are 100 employees divided in 5 teams located in Hillerød. Operations are a top priority, so there's a fast pace in our daily work, where we are also striving to modernize and automate our testing methods and thereby increase our output, ensuring packaging materials for our productions and ultimately products for patients worldwide.
