The position As a Quality Coordinator for Metrology and Quality Support, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting the management team with data analysis and ad-hoc tasks
  • Reporting on department activities using tools such as Q-tracker and ISOtrain
  • Taking responsibility for actions in Q-case to ensure timely resolution
  • Participating in the implementation of new requirements and procedures in the quality processes
  • Acting as a coordinator on the department level, handling information from/to DMS Job Function Coordinator colleagues
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold an Academic degree within pharmaceuticals, science or engineering
  • Demonstrate a structured approach to tasks and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Exhibit proficiency in working with various systems and tools throughout the day
  • Show enthusiasm for optimizing operational efficiency through system utilization
  • Possess fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
    • As a person, you possess a strong quality mindset, coupled with a structured work approach and a persistent drive to facilitate and anchor improvements with impact and authority. About the department The Metrology & Quality Support team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and manufactured materials. We operate, develop, and optimize effective quality processes and systems, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We strive for standardization, digitalization, and simplification of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
