The Position As an Associate Manager, you will:
  • Lead a team of 14 dedicated people by providing clear direction, sparring, and appropriate prioritization and coordination within the team
  • Utilize efficient planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure necessary process support for high-quality batch documentation and timely release of products.
  • Foster individual and team development to enhance performance and promote high engagement
  • Collaborate actively with the leadership team and provide feedback and sparring on issues
  • Drive a lean mindset where continuous improvement is key
    • You will report to our Senior Director for Business Support and join a strong and diverse leadership team together with seven other leaders across other support functions. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role preferred with the ability to set clear direction and create engagement.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, GMP or working in a regulated environment.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and focus on quality.
  • Good communication skills in both Danish and English

About the department The Review team at IFP Bagsværd plays a key role in ensuring flawless batch documentation and stable release of our products to patients. The team has the responsibility for review of documentation for all marketed and clinical products produced in IFP Bagsværd. Additionally, the team ensures coordination, prioritization, and optimization of clinical release of products to patients. You work with optimizing the release flow through e.g. process mappings, right-first-time initiatives, process confirmation, etc. The team consists of 12 dedicated and experienced hourly-paid workers, 1 senior technician and 1 professional, all working solely on the day shift.
