The position As a Project Coordinator at [xxxxx], you will join our Sourcing QC department and have the opportunity to:
  • Assist project managers in coordinating project tasks within the department and CVP area
  • Support the project teams and contribute to the effective delivery of the project portfolio
  • Coordinate cross-organizational activities and communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and assist with project portfolio management meetings
    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Hold relevant scientific education at the bachelor's level
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, with experience in coordinating projects and making independent decisions.
  • Possess experience in interacting with senior management
  • Be fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal)
    • As a person, you are adept at navigating complexities and demonstrating a constructive attitude and solution-oriented approach. You excel in stakeholder management, leveraging your cross-cultural awareness and attention to detail to effectively tackle business challenges. About the department The Project Coordinator position is part of the Sourcing QC department at [xxxxx]. Our department is responsible for quality control of incoming materials for [xxxxx]'s global supply chain. We conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials to ensure that only goods meeting specified quality and patient safety requirements are forwarded to [xxxxx] production sites. With approximately 100 employees divided into 5 teams, our department is located at our site in Hillerød, close to our raw material warehouse.
