The PositionAs a Production Engineer, you will assume the role of equipment responsible for Biotrak which is a real-time viable particle counter, taking charge of the specific responsibilities which will include handling deviations and implementing preventive measures, leading optimizations, and performance stabilization activities on ongoing production to ensure the stability of the organization's production equipment.Our team works together with many stakeholders, such as Quality Assurance (QA) and other support teams, so you will gain a broad network across the organisation. The main tasks will be to:
  • Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and performance.

  • Have a methodical approach to proactively find solutions for unexpected down time to meet production targets.

  • Ensure a consistent flow in calibration and conducting systematic problem-solving.

  • Contribute to the supervision of skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of tolerances, fine adjustments and focusing on other similar areas that drive optimal performance of filling lines.

  • Perform detailed documentation work.

    • QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in production engineering or similar.

  • Utilize your expertise in mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances to optimize our manufacturing flow, particularly on automation systems such as automated servo transport.

  • Experience within GMP environment is considered a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Danish spoken and written.
