As an IT Infrastructure Responsible, you will have a key role in our infrastructure and IT security team. Our overall aim is to improve the efficiency and stability of our manufacturing related processes for our colleagues, and you will be a key person in these transformation to improve activities.
Your primary tasks will be to: Investigate and ensure our infrastructure solutions (servers, AD, VMWare, databases, LAN/VLAN, backup/restore) are designed, maintained, developed, and implemented to fit production requirements Ensure our infrastructure network setup is up to date, propose plans for changes and upgrades, and create overview of all our internal network Ensure systematic periodic reviews e.g., user review is conducted timely in accordance with relevant internal and external requirements Drive Life Cycle Management including risk assessments to ensure the infrastructure services are up to date Plan and execute upgrades including IT security patching in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Maintain and develop our server rooms so they fit current and future requirements Cooperate with customers, colleagues from other IT areas or vendors regarding aspects as gap analysis, designing, configuration, system documentation and validation of infrastructure services and processes Participate in and/or review test execution to ensure the right quality level Ensure AD Access Management is up to date according to requirements and guidelines Lead the IT-Security area as responsible for IT-Security on e.g. servers, network and firewall rules and PIM password tool The position requires the ability to take independent decisions based on business requirements and business strategy. Many areas of the stakeholders in IT and automation organisation must be taken into consideration in the decision making, since the position influences the performance of the production site and the quality level of the batch documentation. As such, this position is operating across several functional and managerial levels and is an exciting opportunity to work with many stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to bring: An education within Data & IT infrastructure, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. Relevant experience within the area, within Pharma Industry is considered a plus, but you might also have another background with a strong personal drive. Familiarity with working within a matrix organisation and many stakeholders. The ability to bridge your technical skills with local business requirements to identify and collect data for a structured analysis and develop excellent standardised infrastructure services. Proficiency in English, written and oral. Danish written and verbal proficiency is mandatory as end users speak Danish.

The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in six departments and with approximately 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
