The Position The HS team in Novo Nordisk Kalundborg has the important role of ensuring that we follow our high standards of health and safety in Novo Nordisk. This position is placed in IM2 Recovery, where a lot of exciting projects are under progress, and we are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Supporter to be driving and co-driving the activities in close cooperation with our Occupational Health and Safety Representatives and our Health and Safety Partner. Area of responsibilities will among others be to drive and coordinate Health and Safety processes and initiatives. You will also be responsible for informing the management team about gaps regarding HS legislation or requirements in the ISO 45001 management system, and to involve IM2 HS Partner in strategic decisions to ensure alignment within IM2. Main job tasks will be: Follow up on daily working environment activities Participating in safety meetings and support risk assessments Drive Systematic Problem Solving and other HS activities Coordinate safety inspections Assist People Managers on HS Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and maturing of trends Qualifications To be considered for this position you: Have experience from industries/organisations where processes and activities are centred around high standards of health and safety Are able to communicate in an assertive manner with all levels in the organisation and have the experience and courage to slow things down when health and safety are to be prioritized Full proficiency in English and Danish We expect our new colleague to have the high level of structure in the approach to implement meticulous and ambitious plans. You will be utilizing your high degree of initiative when you identify and implement local solutions to immediate challenges, and we expect you to be able to inspire drive and set the direction in an ambitious environment with sharp deadlines. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. About the Department As part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization, Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients is responsible for manufacturing all Insulin-based products. You will be assigned to IM2 Recovery, which is undertaking a big upscale due to capacity demand and following investment projects.
