The positionAs the Product Responsible, you and your colleagues are responsible for maintaining and optimizing product documentation and integrating new requirements into our needle portfolio. Your involvement encompasses a variety of activities related to Product Maintenance in both development and optimization projects. Moreover, you play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement process surrounding the testing and qualification of products. Your stakeholders include production teams, QA, and projects on our site in Hjørring, as well as Regulatory Affairs and affiliates around the world. Your primary tasks will be: Maintaining design documentation in collaboration with site stakeholders and Regulatory Affairs. Implementing new requirements within the design documentation. Ensuring responsibility for requirement traceability in all documentation. Taking ownership of product specifications and overseeing Design Verification Tests. Managing and maintaining Risk Management and Risk Analysis Reports. Providing input on risk classification in deviation handling. Qualifications To be a great asset to our team you: Hold an MSc. degree in chemistry, biotech, manufacturing processes, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English at a professional level. Work in a structured manner with a keen attention to detail. Prioritize both quality and simplicity, consistently striving for results. Maintain an open-minded and can-do attitude, facilitating easy interaction with employees across all organizational levels. About the department You will be part of the Needle Manufacturing Development team, which primarily focuses on establishing production equipment for new products, acting as a key partner to R&D in manufacturing development for new products, planning and executing projects at our Hjørring site, and maintaining products within the needle portfolio. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organized in six departments and with approximately 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
