The position As a Validation Engineer, you will play a key role in essential ongoing projects. You will define the validation strategy for the project and be a major part of the supplier selection process. The role consists of supporting validation of equipment for pack and assembly, translating data into scientific sound explanation, and ensuring support for a range of projects around the implementation of new equipment and technologies. Your primary tasks will be: Being responsible for the overall validation strategy and ensuring that validation of systems and equipment is performed according to relevant procedures. Planning validation for projects. Assessing suppliers. Overseeing validation documentation. Conducting system verification. Performing process validation. While your key responsibilities will revolve around these tasks, you will also be expected to actively contribute to validation process improvements and other opportunities for increasing efficiency. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you have [T(N1] : Expertise of validation or process engineering Knowledge or experience with GMP production and behavior which is considered a strong advantage Familiarity with CLEAN principles and can work accordingly Proficiency in English. About the department You will be part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Maintenance team, working alongside 17 dedicated colleagues. Our main responsibilities include establishing manufacturing equipment for new products, collaborating closely with R&D for the manufacturing development of new products, planning and executing projects on-site in Hjørring, and handling product maintenance for the needle portfolio. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development.
