You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located primarily in Denmark, USA and India.
Our team consists of leading experts in various areas ranging from network security, white hat hacking, cloud security, cryptography, security operations, Acquisitions & Integrations, to manufacturing security and security risk management and governance.
Global Information Security is partnering with the line of business across the value chain to build security into the business processes. This is done in collaboration with partner is other specialist in other areas including Enterprise Architects and Data Specialist. About the role As the Security Framework Lead for Novo Nordisk, you will develop and implement a comprehensive security framework that supports the business in building security into IT, OT, cloud, and digital solutions. Working closely with various teams and stakeholders, you will identify security requirements, assess risks, and develop appropriate security policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Development of Novo Nordisk security framework that supports business in building security into processes, IT, OT and digital solutions Plan and coordinate input and collaborations with subject matter experts across the Global Information Security and relevant parts of Line of Business Operationalize the framework in appropriate tools to support implementation of security across in-house developed IT systems, cloud solutions, OT, and outsourced IT systems Continuously stay up to date on regulation and external requirements that we need to implement in our security framework or the business processes Take part in projects that impacts our framework such as NIS2 implementation Do you have what it takes? Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of experience in information security with a focus on security framework development Experience with implementation of best practice frameworks Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Experience with risk assessment and risk management methodologies Consultancy or project management experience It is an advantage if the candidate has experience from the pharmaceutical industry Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are preferred
