The Position Operational readiness is the process to ensure that the operations team is prepared for the new responsibility, and is set up for the best chance of success for continued operation and maintenance of the new equipment. As track lead for operational readiness in maintenance you will lead a group of skilled people on getting all systems, structures and processes up and running, so that we are able to maintain all equipments and instruments. The main tasks will be to: Design and build systems, processes and structures that enable us to be ready for maintenance.
Facilitate project group to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Manage scope, plan, resources and project risks and secure timely execution.
Align operational readiness maintenance activities with other operational readiness tracks with your department colleagues.
The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. You will interface with external and primary internal stakeholders. As this is a newly established position, you will get impact on the role and the responsibility of the position. Also, you will get impact on when and where you choose to work on your projects, meaning that you will be able to choose to work from home on multiple occasions. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, (technical, mechanical including).
Relevant project management experience with several projects (building constructions, change management projects, or alike).
Solid understanding of project management tools and systems.
Knowledge of various maintenance tasks and systems would be an advantage.

You can work independently as well as in a team environment and have experience motivating others. In addition, you have experience with proactively managing numerous and changing priorities effectively, the ability to explain and visualise complex subject knowledge in an easy-to-understand- way, and a good understanding of the importance of paying attention to details. You will thrive in this job if you have strong project management and people manager skills, and if you find it easy to communicate and build relations at all levels. About the Department We are currently building a new factory and our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from project phase to production. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within maintenance, eg. black smiths, electricians, calibration technicians, marine engineers, IT & automation and facility planning.
