The Position The facility is under construction, and we are looking for engineers and scientists who are keen to participate in test and validation phases, ending up taking ownership for the processes. Your focus will be to secure production stability for our dedicated operators, who will be your closest stakeholders. As a process engineer or process scientist, you will become part of our support team who is responsible for the support of a new recovery line. Your primary tasks will include: Support tests and validation of the new production processes Support the daily operation Work with challenges in production, deviations and change requests Validate processes and maintain this documentation Implement projects in production, and improve and optimize standards we work by The work takes place in a dynamic but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize humor, commitment and unity in a busy everyday life. Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operation. The process operators will be your closest stakeholders. Qualifications We imagine that you: Have an academic degree B.Sc. or M.Sc. within the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, Operations and Maintenance Engineering or have a similar higher education Preferably, have 2-3 years of relevant experience from production, where you have worked with processes, deviations, problem solving, validations/ qualifications or similar – but newly educated are also welcomed to apply Have a strong quality and compliance mindset and like to lead the way with new improvements Are a strong communicator both in writing and orally, preferably in both Danish and English Master the use of the Microsoft Office suite We expect you to be structured, quality conscious and committed to your work while being able to complete tasks before the deadline that meet the requirements for GMP. As a person, you must take a positive view of the challenges that working life can present. You thrive on working independently and in groups across departments and organizations. About the Department We are part of a diverse department consisting of 3 recovery lines where operators, skilled workers, supporters and leaders all are important to be able to run the recovery facility 24/7.
