The department is newly established and is a part of manufacturing development in the tablet area, Oral Finished Products.
We are responsible for primary pack of tablets for clinical phase III studies as well as preparation of new packaging processes for products coming from development.
The department consists of 2 teams; an operational and a process support team and we are expanding with a qualification/equipment team. We are operating a duma line and a blister line. Many exiting things are in scope for this department within the coming years, such as implementing 2 new packaging lines, moving into a new building at site Måløv and expand our responsibility to clinical pack phase I-III. All of this means that we will be working in a project-oriented way, and it will be very exciting for us to succeed with these big tasks and projects. The position As Senior Equipment Qualification Responsible, you will have a role in our big projects with implementing two new packaging lines. We are in the beginning of these projects, so you will have the opportunity to be a part of it right from the start.
You will be a part of project team with a project manager, technicians, process supporters and other equipment responsible from your team. Among your other daily tasks, you will:
• Secure that existing equipment are fit for purpose and in compliance with GMP
• Handle incidents, change requests, deviations and projects
• Set the direction to ensure a scientific and risk-based approach to the qualification of our equipment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you: • Have a master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar
• Have 3-5 years of experience as equipment/qualification responsible in production
• Have a solid LEAN mindset
• Have a structured way of working
• Are fluent English both written and spoken and have at least understand Danish If you have experience within the packaging it will be seen as advantage but it’s not mandatory.
