About our business unit and team
As a part of Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products Kalundborg (BRD FP KA) is one of the largest production sites for Biotech & Rare Disease products. We fill and pack our products in modern manufacturing processes, being under continuous improvements, while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
In BRD FP KA are 6 departments running the day to day business where you will become a part of our Project Management Office, placed in Business Support. We are a highly skilled and diverse team, focusing on Portfolio and Project Management, ensuring on time and in full execution of projects supporting our strategic targets.
About the position
As Project Coordinator you will refer and work closely together with the Team Leader, Project Portfolio Manager, Project managers and Project Coordinators. You will be an important player in building up the cross-functional integration an alignment of all projects in our business unit, a good project culture & atmosphere in and around projects. Support either Project Managers or Department Managers to:
Facilitate and drive project planning workshops and project boards Be System Owner and Maintainer for resource allocation tool Support Team Leader and Portfolio Manager with ad hoc. tasks. Support the department with internal communication tasks such as Newsletters, SharePoint Sites, content for Yammer etc. Based on your competencies and experience, you will support other activities across the department. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. This position can be the entry ticket for a career as Project Manager as you will learn a lot about project execution basics and we are committed in providing continuous feedback and will, based on your talent, investment in your personal development.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator, who works independently and is eager to learn. You work in a structured way and if you see an opportunity for optimisation, you are not afraid to speak up and thrive driving processes. Besides that, we would hope for you to bring: It will be an advantage if you have an academical background (fx. Bachelor’s degree) suiting a project team in a production environment. You are service-minded and have an interest in stakeholder management. You have a Can-do attitude and like to juggle many different tasks at the same time. You have relevant IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel). Experience from pharma education/production is a plus, but not a requirement. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Danish. The most important is your willingness and ability to learn new things.
