Are you interested in playing a key role in ensuring and developing an effective training setup while working across several production areas and processes in Novo Nordisk PS API? The department Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 8 HR Business Partners, a Project Lead, a project coordinator, the Training Academy team and several students, supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. You will join a newly established team the Training Academy team which will be working with support across our different production departments. The team will consist of 8 people working with either training consultancy and support to process groups, Translations or with the Training Academy. As the team is brand new you will be part of establishing the processes and setting the team culture from the beginning. We are aiming at having a team with high engagement and performance, with a great social working environment and a focus on personal development. Last but not least we aim to be a team where sparring and humour is high on the agenda. The job As Training Consultant for API process groups, your main responsibility will be to support our process groups with ensuring the most optimal training set up within their respective area. You will be the consultant and support of several groups on ensuring effective, efficient and aligned training set up across the processes in the API business areas. You will be supporting the process groups with standardising, simplifying and optimising their current training set-ups, as well as supporting with the development of new training, and implementation of new training technologies where relevant. You will be playing a key role in helping the PS API process groups to increase performance and competencies of our employees in PS API. As our new Training consultant for API process groups, you can expect that you, among other things, will: Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids Design simple, engaging, and efficient training Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact Qualifications You either have experience as a process supporter in a GMP regulated environment, e.g. within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry., or a relevant academic background within learning science, psychology or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. You are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You have a proven track record in driving change management and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. You have experience and are confident as a trainer and facilitator, and fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken.
