Our site in Kalundborg is part of the production network for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). We are expanding our API manufacturing capacities to support the company portfolio of future oral and injectable pharmaceuticals. We investigate how to establish new, ground-breaking biotech facilities based on modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalised processes. The Kalundborg site is currently going through a big transformation that includes major changes to our facilities, and we are looking for a Health and Safety supporter to join us at this exciting journey. You will work closely together with the H&S partner in the investment project, who oversees H&S strategies and policies across a manufacturing site of app. 3.000 employees. You might be asked to participate in the update of H&S strategies to reduce incidents and near-misses and improve employee well-being. Finally, you should be a profound practitioner of systematic problem-solving. Ideally, you facilitate the problem-solving of others but are also capable yourself to collect and analyse data, to hence draw the right conclusions from a given situation allowing us to prevent dangerous situations from unfolding.
This job gives you a great opportunity to play a part of shaping the future production facilities in Novo Nordisk and ensure operational excellence from a HS perspective. You will get the opportunity to develop your skills through networking and you can expect that you will be doing important and varied tasks. All this will be in partnership with competent and HS passionate colleagues. Qualifications
