We are looking for a self-driven Training Academy Program Coordinator with the ability to coordinate and drive the learning program for process supporters at our new Training Academy on Novo Nordisk’s site in Kalundborg. Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 8 HRBP, a Project Lead, a project coordinator, the Training Academy team and several students, supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. You will join a newly established team the “API Training Academy team” which will be working with support across our different production departments. The team will consist of 8 people working with either Process Group Training Support, Translations or the Training Academy. As the team is brand new you will be part of establishing the processes and setting the team culture from the beginning. You will be part of a newly established team that will work with a new concept for training of new employees where we through a concept of mixed learning, flipped classroom and time on shopfloor in own department, will be training and onboarding new employees for up to 3 months in multiple tracks. You will be responsible for the overall coordination and maintenance of the agenda and logistics of our training academy program for new process supporters, in collaboration with the other program manager for operators. As our new Academy Program Coordinator, you can expect that you, among other things, will:
  • Be involved in concept development for the Training Academy, and after the first rollout, you will take part in evaluating and improving the concept every month.
  • Be overall responsible for the agenda management of each month.
  • Be the host to new employees at the academy.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspect of the academy, including ensuring materials and equipment are in place, as well as booking of rooms and trainers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in order to ensure the Training Academy is continuously improved in order to create the needed impact.
  • You can also expect that you will be managing unforeseen last-minute changes to the program coming up as well as other ad hoc tasks that will derive from being part of the Training Academy team, when it is established Qualifications
    In order to qualify for the position, we imagine that you:
  • Have experience from similar role working with education/training programs or larger events
  • Have solid experience within coordination and logistics
  • Have strong communication skills and can communicate in Danish and English, both written and orally
  • Can act and adapt fast to last minute changes
  • Have experience with presenting in front of a big group of people
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance when the program runs
  • As a person, you enjoy problem-solving, taking initiative and applying a structured approach to your daily work. You have a continuous improvement mindset, you are service oriented, and you thrive in environment where routine tasks are also part of your job.
