The PositionAs an Associate Manager you will be responsible for the Utility & Cleaning Support team which consists of 7 dedicated employees. You will have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritising resources and tasks in the team, with the purpose to ensure fulfilment of our ambitions. In addition, you will be a part of the ED Support management team and will work closely with your management colleagues on day-to-day operations and people management related matters. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Ensure that the team continuously develops.

  • Leading the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address current and future needs.

  • Secure quality and compliance of product and process and assist in further development of LEAN production.

  • Set objectives and targets to realize timely release of product.

  • Manage a variety stakeholders in multiple departments.

  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master's in Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.

  • 3 years of leadership experience.

  • Experience with production and/or GMP.

  • Knowledge of cleaning processes will be considered a big advantage.

  • Full English and Danish communication skills.

To succeed you need to be able to keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently About the Department You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. Biotech & Rare disease (BRD) API DK FVII also more informal called ED2 consists of two departments (Production and Support), but we consider us as one unit, one house. Our main task is to produce Factor VII API to serve patient with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings. The job opening is in the Support dept. where you will join approximately 75 colleagues.
