The position
We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Supporter to drive and implement activities across PS API. The job will consequently give you plenty of opportunities to develop your Health and safety skills through networking across Novo Nordisk.Your primary area of responsibility will be to collaborate with the SVP HS Partner and CVP HS Partners in mentioned area in Kalundborg to ensure an efficient and effective overview of the all health and safety aspects.As a Health and Safety Supporter, you will be driving and coordinating HS activities such as:Ergonomic and chemical activities in relation to health and safety processes, maintain and develop existing HS concepts. Maintain HS training material and move it towards a visual training concept. Ensuring compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation and regulations (e.g. ISO45001). Ensuring support and guidance on health & safety matters within production and other projects. Supporting and leading HS processes anchored in PS API. Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to have working experience in health and safety area, preferably in a larger and international company. You had already a chance to play an important role in maintaining and developing ergonomic and chemical processes/concepts health and safety environment.Further requirements include:Preferably an experience from a fast-paced production facility. have the ability to slow things down if necessary, and influence stakeholders in order to prioritize health and safety. educational background or experience from the healthcare system or other industries/organizations where processes are focused on high standards of health and safety for employees and patients/clients. being interested in working and developing within Health & Safety area, comfortable with working at an operational, and strategic level as well as with administrative tasks. About the department Health & Safety Team supports our API production facilities with standards and best practices related to HS. We are responsible for defining, planning, and executing the functional strategies. We set the frame and drive key HS processes across API and ensure compliance with both Novo Nordisk and legal requirements. We aim to be a smart link between our stakeholders in the production facilities and stakeholders both inside and outside Novo Nordisk.Working at Novo Nordisk
