If so, then let us know because we are looking for an experienced Active Directory (AD) operations specialist to join our Identity Access Management (IAM) and Secure Access Management team (IAM SAM) at Novo Nordisk. Apply below! Let’s talk about the role The world is changing fast and so is Novo Nordisk. The demand for scalable, secure, and stable identity services in Novo Nordisk is high. To meet the strong business demand and growth in our area, we need to mature our core Identity platforms embracing Cloud technologies to the largest extend. As an AD Engineer you will be a part of a great team supporting the development of our Corporate AD, Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) services used by more than 60.000 users globally. Furthermore, you will join a team where you together with your colleagues in time will be part of a duty plan to cover 24x7. Your primarily tasks will include:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory infrastructure and DNS
  • Developing and maintaining Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other related services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and acting as a technical advisor.
  • Being responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of AD and related services and ensuring their availability and reliability
    • The skills we hope to see As an ideal candidate you have:
  • An IT related education, preferably at BSc level or higher
  • Hands-on experience with operations of core infrastructure services along with understanding of Cloud technologies
  • Experience with scripting is considered as advantage
  • Great communication skills that help explain complex technical matters to stakeholders at all levels and help drive decisions processes

Integrity and trustworthiness characterise your personality and the way you handle tasks and relations. The team The IAM SAM team consists of 15+ team members from Denmark, India, and US. We are accountable (architecting, engineering, and operation) for technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Entra Conditional Access & MFA, Microsoft Defender for Identities and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Entra single sign-on, Microsoft Entra ID B2B and federation services, Microsoft Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, PKI and ADFS.
