The position We are looking for a Project Manager who is ready to join our Project Office, responsible for efficient and timely execution of multiple investment and optimization projects. Your primary work will be to secure that the project scope, time-schedule, economy and quality is on track for projects in your responsibility. You will closely work together with the project owner and create a steering committee and a project team and set clear targets for all stakeholders. You build the business case and ensure that all stakeholders buy-in which will also give an important role in the yearly budgeting process. Qualifications We are looking for a proactive Project Manager, who works independently and is eager to learn. You work in a structured way and if you see an opportunity for optimisation, you are not afraid to speak up. Besides that, we would hope for you to bring: An academical background within suiting a project team in a production environment. 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience with stage gate model and validation processes are preferable but not a requirement. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and in GxP is of advantage. High proficiency in both written and spoken English. Danish will though be a great advantage. On a personal level you are always eager to learn and quick in understanding complex situations. As a structured and determined person you can navigate yourself and the project team out of those situations by setting direction and motivating the project team. You feel at ease communicating to all organizational levels and presenting your results in the context of a dynamic stakeholder landscape. About the department As a part of Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products Kalundborg (BRD FP KA) is one of Novo Nordisk’s largest production sites for biopharmaceutical products. We formulate, fill, freeze-dry, inspect and pack our products in modern manufacturing processes, being under continuous improvements, while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. In BRD FP KA seven departments are running the day-to-day business, where you will become a part of our Project Management Office, placed in Business Support. We are a highly skilled and diverse team, focusing on Portfolio and Project Management, ensuring on time and in full execution of projects supporting our strategic targets. Finished Products site Kalundborg is part of Biotech & Rare Disease. At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 650 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
