As a Local Flow Coordinator, you will be the central figure, and one point of entry for key stakeholders focusing on optimising processes with onsite Production and Global Business Services (GBS) Planners. You will ensure optimal conditions for productions to help ensure plan adherence, assist on site in delivering data, and cooperating with numerous stakeholders in problem solving, to ensure delivery on time. You will act as an ambassador and problem-solver between the site and GBS, supporting action decisions. Key responsibilities include:
Close collaboration with GBS and production, receiving plan and communicating plan to stakeholders for effective, timely and accurate execution. Optimize existing procedures. Create orders in MES (Manufacturing Execution Solutions) system. Support site with problem solving relevant within the area. Follow up on release of orders in timely manner. Delivering data and reports to stakeholders. In this position, you will be key in sparring with leaders, driving decisions with a focus on compliance and process improvement. Qualifications Your experiences include: Academic degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or equivalent. 3+ years of experience within production and manufacturing, preferably from the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry supported by GMP/ GxP. Excellent stakeholder management skills and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with data analysis and reporting. LEAN knowledge and an understanding of supply chain is desirable. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office. On a personal level, you are highly flexible to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining excellent support to colleagues across the organisation. You are fluent in spoken and written English, language skills in Danish are a bonus. About the department You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) with approximately 6.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 300 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our fully automated production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity. The IFP KA, Finance & Operational Strategy department is a cornerstone in IFP KA Business Support team. Our team of currently 13, consists of Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator and colleagues from Master Data, Finance and Procurement, who are highly experienced, motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We work closely with other departments, and stakeholders from within the Supply Chain organization, production, and stakeholders at the global manufacturing facilities.
