The Position As an Associate Manager, you will lead the technical support team consisting currently of 19 skilled employees with technical or academic degree who daily support the packaging lines with operational support, projects and implements new technology. The main tasks will be to: Set and communicate tangible goals, engage with your team, and enjoy successes through collaboration. Develop and implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems. Understand how to ensure technical development. Support to improve productivity and quality level to ensure we serve even more patients timely. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: An academic degree and proven results in technical optimization and/or validation. Around 4 years of managerial experience within production, probably within pharma or similar. A strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset, and preferably proven experience with complex problem solving and LEAN. Fluency in both English and Danish. About the Department In IFP Kalundborg, Finished Production we are responsible for the production of diabetes products for our patients, and we do this with daily pride and with focus on cross-collaboration and a flat hierarchy.
