As our new QA Professional, you will: help ensure the quality of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) products at Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg get to cooperate closely with the production departments. Our main responsibility is to set direction for quality and compliance due to internal and external requirements. We are offering an exciting and challenging job where you will become part of a competent and solution-oriented team, which works as sparring and problem solvers regarding quality issues in the production.
Our team works primarily with the departments for fermentation and recovery and for the execution of projects. The position requires a high degree of independence as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Our work tasks are versatile and besides time spent on sparring and setting the direction for the production we approve different daily operating documents from stakeholders (deviations, change requests, batch, trend and validation reports). We are on go-look-see in connection with systematic problem solving, and we exercise QA presence on running production to ensure continuous improvements and prevent future errors. Qualifications
We expect you to:
• Have a Msc degree within Ms. Pharmacy, veterinarian, microbiology, chemistry or similar.
• Good communication skills, Fluent in Danish and English – oral and written.
• +1 year of experience in GMP manufacturing
• Validation experience and IT flair will be an advantage On a personal note, you welcome new ideas and new ways of working and have good collaboration and communication skills. You are good at narrowing the problem down to the essentials and finding good solutions to problems – even in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly for the benefit of patients. About the department
Our department consists of a staff team as well as three QA teams. Our team 351.01 consists of 11 QA professionals. We support M1, the largest API factory in Denmark. There are more than 800 employees here and we are responsible for producing several of Novo Nordisk's newest and most coveted API. Our ambition is to be a competent, solution-oriented, and experienced sparring partner for our stakeholders in production, so that our common goal of ensuring the quality of our patients is met.
