The position At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR), our top priority is providing quality products to our patients. To achieve this, we need safe, compliant, and robust IT and OT solutions. That's where you come in - as our IT Manager for IT Compliance, you'll be responsible for be responsible for leading and inspiring highly skilled academics and technicians, as well as providing guidance and support for the organisation. NNPR encompasses not only manufacturing and laboratory functions. We also have an R&D organisation on site, as well as administrative and supporting functions such as Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing. In this role, you will:
  • help govern our IT license to operate in relation to GxP and non-GxP IT systems
  • Optimising and developing new processes and structures for your teams
  • Developing the department in accordance with NNPR's overall strategic directions
  • Coaching, onboarding, and hiring the best talent, as well as assisting employees with their everyday tasks
  • Budget department's responsibility
  • You will participate in projects related to optimisations of our quality management system (QMS), as well as validation of IT and Automation across the site. You will be part of our daily operations, supporting other IT&OT functions. As part of your role, you will communicate and collaborate closely with your manager colleagues as well as key stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Experience with IT systems and infrastructure used for pharmaceutical or other regulated production purposes as well as experience with IT Projects, and ISO-documented processes.
  • An excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5.
  • An academic degree in IT, pharmacy, engineering or similar will be preferred but candidates with another academic background and vast IT experience within the relevant fields will also be considered.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in IT system governance, operation, maintenance, or similar fields.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, and Danish language proficiency is a plus, given our international scope.
  • On a personal level, you are a structured team player, a good communicator, and you can drive your tasks to completion. You also have a strong analytical and quality mindset and are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all organisational levels. About the department You will join the IT & OT department consisting of 30+ dedicated and talented colleagues within IT administration, IT compliance, IT system management and automation & control systems. The department work diligently to support the entire value chain at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, ranging from Research & Development to manufacturing, laboratories, warehouse operations, and Sales & Marketing. We support our stakeholders with daily operations tasks and projects such as the implementation of new products, improvement of site IT infrastructure, and new digital solutions. The IT & OT department, along with the rest of NNPR, is currently expanding to fulfil the increased demands from products from Novo Nordisk A/S. The expansion is also fuelled by our strong desire to ensure a healthy work environment and make even more room for personal development and growth.
