Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for all the traditional pricing activities and levers related to pricing strategy, price setting, and price getting. Essentially, you will create, lead, and drive the pricing efforts of the company. Thus, as our Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with our business goals, create an annual pricing cycle as well as be responsible for setting the prices of our new upcoming products. The position Specifically, you will be: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with our business goals Owning the price setting of new upcoming products Building and owning the annual pricing cycle including yearly price adjustments Analysing pricing data to determine optimal pricing levels, discounts and terms & conditions Monitoring market-, competitor-, and performance trends to identify opportunities for price adjustment Communicating pricing strategies and decisions to sales teams and other stakeholders Support our CPQ lead on setting correct pricing in our large strategic projects Qualifications: We are looking for someone with years of experience in passionately driving the pricing agenda. You should have a keen eye for detail, whilst equally important you should be a strong communicator engaging with a wide stakeholder base from sales manager to CCO. Finally, you should be able to work independently and proactively creating and implementing your own strategy. Moreover we expect: Several years of experience with pricing, finance, commercial management, or related field – preferably within the pharmaceutical- or life science industry A proven track-record of creating pricing strategies, tactics and techniques Experience in setting pricing on new products Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed pricing decisions, identifying pricing trends and opportunities Familiarity with pricing tools and models most importantly a CPQ tool Experience with sales data management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, etc. Excellent communication- and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders at all levels Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment and the opportunity to work for a company that is committed to making a positive impact on the world.
