Our department, Oral Finished Products (OFP) Bulk Production, is growing and we are now hiring Cleaning Supporter to join our exciting journey – offering an oral alternative to type 2 diabetes patients all over the world. The position
OFP Bulk production is a rapidly evolving environment, in which you as an individual will be able to have an impact. As our new colleague, you will have a dynamic range of tasks. You will drive the daily operation of the cleaning process in our GMP regulated tablet production facility, where you will play an important part in defining, controlling, and improving them. You will be involved and contribute to activities such as Visible proactive support for production in different meetings such as board meetings and shop floor presence Ensure we follow current requirements in our production Writing standard operation procedures (SOPs) and change request to improve processes Training, advising, and assisting our operators in the production Problem solving and deviation handling in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders As a cleaning supporter you will be expected to collaborate with different professional groups, however the job also requires you to be able to work independently and drive own tasks in order to meet deadlines. You will contribute to maintain a high level of quality through LEAN principles ensuring the best solutions. Your expertise is needed for driving systematic problem solving and handling deviations. At other times, improving the procedures will be your focus – all to guarantee that our cleaning process is ready to scale up to meet the growing demand.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Cleaning Supporter we expect: Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in science related subjects (Cand. Pharm, Cand. Scient, Chemical Engineer, Biomedicine or equivalent) You are curious and willing to acquire new knowledge You are structured, have a strong quality mindset and a can-do spirit Good Danish and English language skills are required Ideally, you have experience in cleaning process, deviations, change request as well as insights into GMP regulations, but this is not a requirement You will work closely with different professional groups, so good collaboration and communication skills are highly valued. You enjoy being a go-to-person and prefer face-to-face dialogue to emails. On a personal level you are result-oriented, proactive and you take pride in planning and driving tasks forward to meet deadlines. You can manage to stay positive in an environment, where priorities can change quickly. We also value that you have a good sense of humour and are a team-player who can work in a holistic way to achieve team success. Newly graduated candidates who are passionate about working within the field and eager to learn are encouraged to apply, as previous experience is a plus but not a requirement for this role.
