The position As our new Digitalisation Consultant, you will: Be a key player in supporting our digital transformation journey Bring your innovative mindset to improve our current processes Find new ways to standardize through process digitalisation and screening the organization for new opportunities to simplify our landscape Be responsible for driving digitalisation projects as well as be the translator between our technical development and business needs. Our unit is mainly focused on building a data platform towards external and internal stakeholders, as we believe in data as the key enabler for innovation and process optimization. Therefore, there is a huge focus on data analytics. You can expect to join a dynamic environment, where you will be dealing with various activities in parallel and where flexibility will be required.
In this position you will work with the latest technologies, and you will have the opportunity to learn thoroughly our process landscape and the supply chain footprint of Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: An academic degree within a relevant field: engineering, digital business, supply chain management or similar A previous experience within innovation or digitalisation project management, which also include driving multiple process digitalization and other innovation projects from idea to operation Good understanding of the technical solutions behind analytics or process digitalization, and experience acting as a translator between the business and the technical resources Experience leading the stakeholders throughout the full change management process including training and other related organisational change management activities Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written. It would be considered as a plus if you have a previous experience working within supply chain, ideally in a pharma environment as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies. As a person you are a great communicator who brings a “can-do-attitude” to the team and who enjoys interacting with a broad range of stakeholders around the company. The position is placed in GCM Analytics and Digitalisation where we are 8 people, covering positions such as Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Software Developers or Project Managers. We are responsible for driving innovation towards our external production in collaboration with other units in the Novo Nordisk supply chain.
GCM is responsible for Novo Nordisk's outsourced manufacturing and source Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and semi-finished products into Novo Nordisk production and deliver finished products to customers world-wide. You will be based in Søborg and join an international environment characterized by innovation and openness.
