We are currently looking for a new employee to join our R&D Hardware department and we are flexible when it comes to experience and motivation.
We are looking for a candidate who will contribute with innovative electronic development for our advanced audiological and balance equipment and who like the prospect of spearheading future product development.
Our R&D Hardware & Mechanics Department is responsible for the design, development, construction, implementation, testing and release of Interacoustics' products and technologies. The department consists of five teams: ECAD, Mechanics, Firmware, DSP, and Electronics. Your new colleagues are qualified engineers with a detailed understanding and knowledge of our products and technology.
The department’s focus and vision are to drive new technical innovation from idea to product in a rapid and timely manner. We involve and collaborate with subcontractors to have the new technology enabled and verified in research projects and later implemented in product projects.

You will have the opportunity to work with highly advanced electronics, and free space to work creatively to find solutions for our applications and accessories. You must be fascinated by electronic hardware and eager to implement your ideas into products. It’s a unique opportunity to work in the medical industry, where you and your enthusiastic colleagues can make a difference for hearing care professionals and their patients.
Your tasks will include:
Design circuits for microphones, speakers, attenuators, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, MCUs, FPGAs, cameras, displays, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
- Customized designs for microphones and speakers.
- Low Noise analog circuits for our Clinical products.
- Analog circuits for Electrodes.
- Circuit simulation and system modeling.
- Development of analog circuits in a RF and EMC-correct design.

We are looking for candidates with a profile including:
- Experience in electronic development
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronical Engineering or similar
