The position As VP Assistant, you are offered a challenging and broad position. Your primary areas of responsibility will be divided into two: 1) Administrative support to the Vice President of Aseptic Production and four Directors within this area and 2) Operational assignments for the whole VP area. More specifically, your daily tasks will be focused on:
  • Responsible for the VP· s calendar, yearly planning, meetings and seminars
  • Prepare budgets, monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments incl. consolidated reports for the VP area
  • Administrating data in various IT systems incl. maintenance of Sharepoint sites, Teams sites, e-mail lists and organisational charts
  • Support the practical onboarding process and welcome new employees
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as: Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up on action lists and purchase supplies and services In this role you will collaborate with a group of very skilled and motivated department assistants and take part in development and standardisation of administrative processes. It is a new role in a new area, so you will get to influence and shape the role according to your personal strengths.

Qualifications We are looking for a strong administrative profile with solid experience from a previous administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, to succeed in the role, you:
  • Have solid IT skills and interest in MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power Platform and SAP. Knowledge of Novo Nordisk IT systems, is an advantage
  • Are strong in financial controlling and budgeting
  • Communicate effortlessly both verbally and written in English
  • As a person, you are highly structured and organised. You can work independently and do your best to find solutions. You are capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines. Lastly, you are easy-going, open and value close collaboration with other colleagues. About the department Biotech & Rare Disease (BRO) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and in quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRO we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
