About the job:
As Laboratory Equipment Validation Specialist, you will become part of Lab Compliance. Lab Compliance is responsible for implementing new laboratory equipment and for troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure high up time. The department is part of Fertin’s R&D organization, and you will join a team of highly skilled and dedicated Specialists.
Together with your colleagues, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and maintaining laboratory equipment in a pharma setting. Your tasks will depend on interest and expertise, ranging from participation in acquiring new equipment, qualification, calibration/verification, maintenance and repairs.
Key responsibilities:
- implementing new equipment from purchase to the equipment is released to routine operation following relevant pharma guidelines
- Participating in maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of laboratory equipment to ensure high availability

Experience & competencies:
- You probably have a bachelor or master’s degree within the field of chemistry or alternatively you have gained extensive experience from a similar position
- You are a self-driven and detail oriented person with good sense of humor
- 3-5 years of experience with qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Preferable knowledge within GMP, GAMP, 21CFR part11 and Eudralex Annex 11
- Broad experience with different kinds of laboratory equipment is an advantage
