Your new team
You will be part of the IT department which at the moment consist of 12 colleagues. As the rest of European Energy the IT department is also growing rapidly, and have a lot of exciting and challenging tasks in front of them in 2023. The atmosphere in the department is positive and unpretentious. Honesty and flexibility is key words.
Your new role
As our new Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace specialist you are ready to take on the role as front runner and spread your knowledge about the M365 universe here at European Energy. You have the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and serve as a trusted advisor for colleagues but also try to influence them.

Your new role
As our new Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace specialist you are ready to take on the role as front runner and spread your knowledge about the M365 universe here at European Energy. You have the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and serve as a trusted advisor for colleagues but also try to influence them.
A typical day for you
- Keep up to speed with the Office 365 roadmap and follow the evolution to understand how we can benefit from new features and ways of working.
- Knowledge sharing across the organization and create best practice use cases by promoting existing tools.
- Supporting Core Microsoft Office applications.
- System installation, configuration and analysis.
- Use your expertise in spreading the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite and translate needs into clear advice and technical design and solutions.
Prerequisites to manage in the job
You have:
- Expert experience in Microsoft 365 platform and hold a good knowledge of the Office365 service, and all required tools and products.
- 5+ years relevant experience in IT.
- You might have a bachelor/master’s degree in Science, IT or similar.
- Credible knowledge of cloud computing environments (preferably Azure).
- It is beneficial if you have Microsoft 365 / Azure Associate level certification.
- High skills in analysis and making choices.
- You are process-driven with good insights across departments within and organization.
- Familiar with data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR).
- You are proficient in English and Danish.
