We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from:
• Managing End-to-End purchasing processes
• Establishing and executing on Indirect Procurement Plan
• Managing planned and ad-hoc purchasing requests
• Ensuring procurement compliance and quality aspects
• Supervising supplier invoices and payments
• Supporting investment projects with indirect spend matters As our new Purchasing Supporter, you will gain the responsibility for executing indirect spend within a portfolio of Investment Projects, working closely with the Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) Procurement team and project stakeholders. Qualifications
What we are seeking in potential team member: • Educational background in finance or a related field
• Substantial experience gained from a comparable position
• Experience in working with investment projects
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly SAP MM
• Familiarity with Coupa or other comparable procurement systems Moreover, a deep understanding of procurement procedures and associated tools is also crucial. As an individual, you are self-motivated, capable of working independently yet also a team player, consistently striving to achieve robust business outcomes. You can build solid professional relationships both internally and externally with pertinent stakeholders and apply a practical approach to problem-solving. Your organized method enables you to maintain a comprehensive perspective while paying attention to details. About the department
In PS API Procurement we support Investment Projects in Business Support, that directly or indirectly supports the manufacturing units across the business area of PS API. We are anchored in Business Support and therefore have a broad area of responsibility and stakeholders in the organisation. We are responsible for indirect spend and for defining and driving the indirect procurement strategy. We contribute to a range of optimization projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future. The team consist of 7 Procurement Professional covering the entire Procurement process, working across multiple investment projects.
